it's already available for download on various sites and p2p... bad day for redlynx/ms > glad it's for jtag boxes only!

Red Lynx have released their games on torrent sites before but they are not the full game.

I am not saying that this isn't the full game but we never knwo do we.

Im excited to see what other sound pieces they have in the game besides the "bomb dropping" sound...

Though this video is cool to see, you have to feel somewhat bad that such a great development group has to deal with this now. Hopefully this doesnt put too much stress on them.

It means the game has been leaked to sites and is available for everybody with the right modded consoles to play, it is a big deal...

Yeah what he's saying is that its a full torrent release of the game rather than a small video. It is only available on development kits or JTag's (modded) 360's and from what I know, the JTag process is a PITA. I really don't know that this will cause any negativity at all. Anyone with a JTag'd box is already a pirate and were unlikely to pay for anything anyway. For the rest of us, we will watch these vids, get even more excited and they but the game. It is $20 (1200 or so ms points) for a full version including multiplayer and leaderboards then no-one will decide not to but this game.

Even if I had a JTag'd box, I'd still buy this. As others have said, releasing the game in a state that stops you from getting leaderboards and multiplayer is really like only releasing a demo anyway. People will realise what a great game it is, want the competitive side of things and buy it anyway...

It's a shame it was released, but realistically I didnt get any surprises. The game looks good, the menus seem similar to HD and overall, it is exactly what the devs have been saying to us for ages. We have customisation, we have better learning curves and game progression, we have cash system, we have achievements.. all of which were confirmed before.

This does not change how I feel about this one bit. Just looking forward to it a little more now!

I think we will hear something this week but I am not sure if it will be a release date.

On another note..... usually a littel while before release (about 2-3 weeks) you see dev teams playing their game on their console. Sebbi has not been playing TE. Just thought I would add that.
